2025 Wellness Session Information

Each month, we welcome a specialist instructor to lead a Wellness Session focused on seasonal health concerns. From posture alignment to sleep therapy, a variety of programs are offered. Conducted in small groups or private sessions, each program provides personalized care tailored to individual needs.
【11/21 - 11/23】Wellness Session Vol.32 Conditioning Body Work - Restoring Balance Through the Feet -
The feet form the foundation of the body, and even slight misalignments in their skeletal structure can disrupt balance, often resulting in lower back pain, stiff shoulders, poor circulation, and other health concerns. This session combines counseling by a licensed physical therapist with AI-assisted posture analysis to deliver treatments tailored to each participant’s needs. Practical self-care techniques that can be easily incorporated into daily routines will also be introduced.

During the Locomo Check, an orthopedic specialist will conduct four assessments to evaluate the condition of your musculoskeletal system, including muscles, bones, joints, and nerves, which are essential for daily movements such as standing and walking.
