Wellness Thalasso: What to Expect
How to Use the Services
Whether you are with us for a multiday reset or a single treatment, your care begins with a private consultation.
The therapist assigned to your care will assess your present physical condition and needs, discuss your aims, and devise a plan.
#01Thalasso Reception
Your journey to wellness begins here. Specialist trainers and therapists are always on hand to address any questions you may have.
Opening hours | March–November: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (last check-in 9 p.m.) |
---|---|
Location | 1F, Sunset Side |

#02Counseling
Sit down with your physiotherapist to review the details of your reservation and complete a simple health assessment. As part of this initial consultation we will ask about your present physical condition, goals, and expectations in order to devise a recommended program of activities for you.

#03Thalasso Pool
Time spent in the multifeature Thalasso Pool is central to all of our Wellness Thalasso offerings.
Whether you are signed up for a residential program or individual activities, for first-time guests we recommend the Thalasso Bio Tour.
A physiotherapist will walk you through the pool’s many special features and introduce how to use them effectively.

#04Wellness Menu
Once you have warmed up and loosened up by completing one full tour of the Thalasso Pool, it’s time to begin your main Wellness activity.
Belongings
Swimsuit
The strength of the air jets in the pool is such that we advise our women guests to wear a one-piece swimsuit or a two-piece with a sports bra or tank-style top.
If your swimsuit is bikini-style, please wear a rash guard or surf top with it.

Sandals are provided in our guest rooms as well as at the locker room.
